Functional Accountabilities:
- Write emails, memos, and letters
- Follow-up contract/PO/PRs/memo approval
- Follow-up with end-user & respective department buyers on the contract renewal
- Maintain contract database & file all documents safely
- Ability to stay focused, efficient, and effective in managing multiple Hotels and tight deadlines with grace and poise
Qualifications
Experience and Technical Knowledge
- 5 years of applicable administrative experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and ability to learn new technology tools quickly
