• Maintain contract database and file all documents safely
• Ability to stay focused, efficient, and effective in managing multiple Hotels and tight deadlines with grace and poise

Qualifications

Experience and Technical Knowledge

• 5 years of applicable administrative experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of MS Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and ability to learn new technology tools quickly
