Office Assistant Jobs In Dubai
Office Assistant Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls and other communications.
- Managing filing system.
- Recording information as needed.
- Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
- Helping organize and maintain an office in common areas.
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
- Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservation needs as required.
- Coordinating events as necessary.
- Maintaining supply inventory.
- Maintaining office equipment as needed.
- Aiding with client reception as needed.

- An individual must hold either a High School degree or diploma.
- Having 1 to 2 years of proven working experience in the same field.
- Freshers can also drop their resumes as per the availability of the jobs mentioned below.
- An applicant must be computer literate, have the ability to interact with clients, and most importantly multitasker.
