Key Responsibilities:

• Master Road freight File Update
• Visibility and Daily Reporting  – Sending daily shipment updates to the customers from Pickup to Delivery, FGV management
• Road Freight Pricing Desk: Responsible for offering Ad hoc quotations or contracted rates to clients and ASCs
• Client Management To perform and maintain an active and potential client list for the department. And follow up with BD and client for future opportunity
• Maintain updated records of the signed contracts from UPS clients and vendors.
• To perform and to have regular communication with clients for business opportunities, scheduling meetings if required.
• Liaise with respective Account Managers for their required information or assistance that need urgent attention for their customer or clients alike.
• Vendor Management:  management the paperwork for the vendors ( rate card, MOP)
• Major client MOP execution: manage the relationship with all the stakeholders to ensure that UPS meets client expectations
• Custom service: for all Road freight clients and ASCs
