Eligibility Criteria:
- Operation Supervisor – Female preferably Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a Labour Supply/Cleaning Company.
- Holding a valid UAE driving license would be considered for sure.
- Having excellent communication skills in English both (written & verbal).
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the school premises.
- Responsible for achieving maximum cost-effective productivity through effective planning.
- Manage workload to satisfy customer requirements and other operational requirements.
- Ensure that the school premises is always kept clean and tidy as per the contractual requirements.
- Reports possible procedural improvements to the Outbound Manager.
- Ensure that the required staff deployment is met daily.
- To implement, manage and maintain all set K.P.I. including managing underperforming members of the team.
- Control the material stock and send the request for the next month as per the said date.
