Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• A recognized Level 3 cricket coaching qualification or equivalent
• A suitable undergraduate qualification in sport science, teaching or coaching;
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in (cricket) coaching a range of players to representative level;
• Experience of designing, developing and implementing coaching programmes and activities, including feedback mechanisms;
• A passion for excellence and self-development with a thirst for knowledge;
• Recognized First Aid qualification, child safeguarding certification and appropriate police record check;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, including the use of I.T. applications;
