Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Civil Engineering/ Quantity Surveying.
• Experience in Project Estimation preferably with Consultancy or Master Developer background
• Professional certification in Quantity Surveying (MRICS) preferred.
• Min. 10 years’ experience as an estimator, preferable at a managerial role
• Extensive knowledge of best industry practices and standards
• Ability to closely collaborate with other project teams and stakeholders
• Stakeholder management to ensure design is aligned with allocated Budget
• Management and analytical skills on budget and value management, cost estimation, measurement and quantification
• Exceptional time management, multitasking and interpersonal skills
• Up to date with current market trends and commercial implication on construction cost
• Management of inhouse cost databased based on Contract awarded value and conduct benchmarking with external Cost Consultant’s publications
