2: Demand Planner | Albatha Group Careers
What you will do
- Conducting and leading regular meetings with suppliers to discuss issues and improvement plans
- Developing forecast accuracy tracking reports through BW and reporting results to customer to enhance forecast Accuracy.
- Developing a timely procedure for clearing the SAP from outdated data to ensure correct material planning
- Checking MRP updates daily on SAP and highlighting material criticalities in a timely manner to all stakeholders. Analyzing material supply risks and concluding solutions early enough to avoid any service issues.
- Verifying demand and firm orders against planning zones as per the SLA with customer.
- Converting customer demand into a 12-month rolling production plan, after merging with requirements from other customers.
- Reflecting 12 months’ plan on SAP.
- Coordinating with production SKU changeovers to reduce material and PR losses.
- Providing monthly MPS; a detailed master production schedule by shift by production line by SKU.
- Reflecting MPS on SAP.
- Verifying material availability and opening daily process orders.
- Tracking daily and month to date production actual versus scheduled and updating month closing projection accordingly.
- Updating the MPS on every Wednesday and meeting the production department to discuss it.
- Monitoring and ensure the inventory levels of finished goods are within the budget and the preset KPIs targets.
- Analyzing and updating the inventory sheet parameters, safety stocks, lead time and MOQs for finish goods, to ensure correct material planning.
- Utilizing all new developments/reports in SAP to improve the work efficiency.
- Analyzing and monitoring slow moving/obsolete SKUs, to reduce unrequired inventory and stock value.
- Coordinating and responding to customer priorities and special inquiries.
- Evaluating plant capacity and constrains through rough cut capacity planning.
- Owning the KPIs, reporting, controlling and monitoring.
- Monitoring and controlling the available warehouse allocated storage capacity for export finished goods.

- Coordinating with purchasing to ensure validity of contracts.
- Documenting approved suppliers’ lists, material specifications, contact information for material handled.
- Preparing short term and long-term delivery schedules and sharing them with suppliers.
- Ordering the required material as per SAP, sending the POs to relevant suppliers after the release cycle. -Completing the full cycle of purchase order starting by ordering and receiving supplier confirmation.
What you must have
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2- 10 years of sales experience in Material Planning preferably Manufacturing or FMCG Industry
- Good Command over English (Oral & Written)
- SAP experience – Intermediate to Advance Level

3: Internal Auditor – Dubai | Albatha Group Careers
Job Description:
- Assist in audit planning, develop or update the risk based audit program.
- Execute risk based audit program on financial, compliance and operational audits, that includes and not limited to the following processes: Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Human Capital, Asset Management, etc.
- Perform audit procedures, such as understanding and walkthrough of the significant accounting and operation processes, test of controls and substantive procedures.
- Gather data for internal audit through a variety of methods including interviews, financial research, download analysis, site visits etc.
- Identifying inadequate, inefficient, or ineffective internal controls as well as recommending improvements. Identification of potential improvement opportunities.
- Familiarity in Sharia principles, risk based and cost control audits
- Execute audits in a professional manner and ensure documentation of audit work results are in accordance with the departmental standards, the audit program and in accordance with the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) standards.
- Conduct tests on compliance to applicable laws, government regulations, and company policies & procedures and Delegation of Authorities etc.
- Follow up the implementation of audit findings as per auditee implementation plan to ensure previous finding are fully resolved in a sustainable manner.
- Draft audit findings on a timely basis, identifying the control gaps with potential risks and provide recommendations to Managements.
- Completion of audit steps/tests assigned to self within agreed time budgets.
- Assist in special review or forensic investigations where required and as applicable.
- Attend inventory counts, verify write off requests, as applicable.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, be a detailed conscious team player with good communication (both oral and written) and analytical skills.
- Perform other duties assigned by the General Manger.
Qualification & experience:
Professional accounting / internal audit qualifications or degree equivalent.
At least 2 to 4 years of internal audit experience gained from a large conglomerate coupled with familiarity in Sharia audit, risk based and cost control audits will be highly regarded.
Skills:
Effective communication with English report writing skills as a necessity
Proficient skills in Microsoft Word & Excel
Knowledge of audit analytical tools and SAP will be an advantage.
