Duties & Responsibilities

· Maintain registration systems, records, and files.

· Qualification submissions for new and existing clients.

· Preparing reports.

· Identifying company underperforming services & products in coordination with Sales Team and Operations.

· Collaborating with the marketing team to promote new and existing products.

· Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

· Represents the company at trade organizations, on committees, and during management meetings, when necessary.

· Creates a business development database to evaluate performance and organize client information.

· Introduces a new range of products based on market requirements & studies with clear agenda.

· Analyzes sales & trading activities considering existing principals & market trends.

· Any other tasks/assignments given by the Department Head.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have the following:

· Bachelor’s degree or Higher.

· Valid QID holder with NOC.

· Female candidate preferred.

· A minimum of 2 years experience in Oil & Gas sector in Qatar.

· Excellent written and verbal communication (English& Arabic is a plus)

· Outlook advanced knowledge.

· General proficiency of ERP, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint presentations.

· Oil & Gas products knowledge.

· Detailed-oriented and able to multitask.

· Demonstrates strong organizational skills.

Main Duties & Responsibilities :

• Promote product portfolio to new clients and exiting clients.

• Assure clients visit.

• Achieve allocated target.

• Prepare technical & commercial offers to the clients.

• Respond to the client’s questions & requirements by giving feedback on time.

• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending product pieces of training.

• Identify the new segment to be targeted and new territory.

• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities.

• Prepare sales report by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

• Other relevant duties as assigned by the direct manager

Requirements and skills:

• Bilingual drafting of contracts, agreements, memorandums, etc…
• Handling corporatization projects and conversion of establishments and companies.
• Providing legal advice/consultation to the company and its affiliates specializing in corporate and commercial
• Handling major mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures both locally and internationally, from the negotiations stage until the finalization and execution of agreements/documents.
• Manage the assessment of risk before entering into contracts or legal obligations.
• Providing legal advice to the management and support to the different shared services departments of the company, such as HR, Finance, and IT.
• Attending meetings for contract discussion and negotiations.
• Planning and setting up compliance policies.
• Ensure that the company’s rights are adequately protected and initiate litigation or court process where necessary.
• Preparing/reviewing letters of Intent, Joint Ventures, Deeds of Assignments, Service contracts, Agency Agreements, etc..
