Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet performance expectations and requirements
- Develop and maintain liaison with top management of key regional home builders, contractors, specifiers, architects, engineers, and projects located within the territory.
- Understand and demonstrate the features and benefits of the full line of residential products (circuit protection and wiring devices). The WDS can conduct training for others on product usage and applications.
- Ensure appropriate technical assistance regarding product applications to electrical contractors, users, etc.
- Develop targeted customer lists and project pipelines for customer conversions and provide support during those conversions
- Inform the division of business and product trends, competitive conditions, and the voice of the customer within the region.

Qualification:
- Educational: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: A minimum of one year in sales in the electric field is a must.
- Experience in the field of architectural design and decoration is a plus.

- A driver’s license is a must.
- Strong work ethic, great interpersonal skills, and competitiveness.
- Willingness to learn, as well as being adept at building relationships
- Knowledge of Wiring Device products, market knowledge, and established customer relationships within the market area
